At Mellow Moo, we want your delicious THC ice cream delivered safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders.

1. Shipping Areas  We currently ship within Minnesota. Orders outside these areas are not accepted. All customers must be 21 years or older to receive our products.

2. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer standard shipping options:
-Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
-Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered.

5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package.

6. Shipping Restrictions Customers must be 21+ and present valid ID upon delivery if required. THC products cannot be shipped to certain states or countries where cannabis is prohibited. Mellow Moo is not responsible for delays due to customs, carriers, or incorrect addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at mellowmoothc.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.
