No Returns: Due to the perishable and THC-infused nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly at mellowmoothc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Verified cases will receive a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will correct the order as quickly as possible.

Refunds: Refunds are rare but may be issued at our discretion to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
